01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using KlinPDF ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of KlinPDF ("we", "us", "our").

02The service

KlinPDF lets you convert images into PDF documents on Android and iOS. Core functionality — selecting images, reordering pages, adjusting page size, orientation, quality, and margins, generating a PDF preview, password-protecting files, and sharing the result — is described in full on our Features page.

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the app evolves. We'll try to keep this page current, but the in-app feature set is the source of truth at any given moment.

03Accounts

KlinPDF's core conversion features work without creating an account. If account-based features (such as cloud backup) are introduced, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

04Free & Premium tiers

KlinPDF offers a free tier and an optional Premium tier:

• Free includes up to 10 image conversions per day, supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob.
• Premium removes ads, unlocks unlimited conversions, advanced editing tools (crop and filters), watermark removal, priority support, and cloud backup.

We may adjust free-tier limits or Premium's feature set with reasonable notice, for example through an in-app announcement or an update to this page.

05Subscriptions & billing

Premium is billed as a recurring subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device. By subscribing, you authorize the relevant app store to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Google Play or App Store account settings — not from within KlinPDF directly.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable; we don't process refunds directly.
• Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice before your next renewal.

06Acceptable use

You agree to use KlinPDF only for lawful purposes. You won't use the app to:

• Convert, store, or distribute content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive documents — including forged IDs, fake certificates, or counterfeit financial records.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app's normal operation or security features (including password protection).
• Use the app in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair our or our service providers' infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

07Your content stays yours

You retain full ownership of the images you select and the PDFs KlinPDF generates from them. We don't claim any rights over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, image processing and PDF generation happen locally on your device — we don't take ownership of, or routinely access, the files you create.

You're solely responsible for the content of any document you create, store, or share using the app.

08Intellectual property

The KlinPDF name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's necessary to use the app as intended.

09Third-party services

KlinPDF integrates third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and your device's app store (billing and distribution). Your use of those services is also governed by their own respective terms, which we encourage you to review.

10Disclaimer of warranty

KlinPDF is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated PDFs will be suitable for every use case (such as specific legal or regulatory filing requirements) — please verify critical documents independently.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use KlinPDF — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12Termination

You may stop using KlinPDF and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KlinPDF's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights that cannot be waived.

14Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use KlinPDF after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms — if you disagree, please stop using the app.
